Division awards set:

Four individual awards have been set up to enrich the event: the most commercial value award, the most expressive award, the characteristic flavor award, and the best speed award, all of which have a bonus of 500 yuan + MEDALS + certificates.


Rules

Rules of East China Preliminary Competition:

Contestants are required to complete the assessment from the dough to the pizza making process within a limited 30 minutes, and make a pizza no smaller than 12 inches, and 2 pieces of the same creative pizza.

 

Rules for East China Division Finals:

Contestants are required to complete the assessment from dough to pizza making process within the limited 30 minutes, and make a pizza no less than 12 inches, and 2 pieces of the same creative pizza (cannot be the same as the preliminary competition).

 

Rules for the National Finals:

Contestants are required to complete the assessment from the dough to the pizza making process within a limited 30 minutes, making a pizza no smaller than 12 inches, a creative pizza, and a proposition pizza (not the same as the sub-competition).

Product aspect

Cake bottom roundness and flatness, cake edge coloring; Taste and maturity, softness and hardness; Filling uniformity;

 

Degree of creativity

The combination of ingredients is reasonable; Overall vision; Cheese evaluation;

 

Commercial viability

Product positioning, raw material cost control, audience affection;

 

Technical aspect

Operating process steps; Operational proficiency;

 

Professional quality

Cleaning habits; Utilization rate of raw materials.
